Welcome to Sugar Loaf UMC. We Worship Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Children of all ages are welcome in worship.
Mission
We strive to share God’s love by creating safe places where all are accepted and welcomed, connecting the needs of people to the presence of God, and transforming the world through Christ.
We are a diverse group of Christian believers whose mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ, and we express that in many different forms and show it in many different ways:
We have Youth Groups, Christian education for all ages, Crafters Groups, Bible Studies, Fairs, Roast Beef Dinners, Worship with both traditional and contemporary elements. We've done Pet Blessings, Halleluias for Haiti, Christmas Pageants, Easter Pageants, Harvest Dances, and Spaghetti Dinners.
We reach out to the hungry through the Warwick Ecumenical and Chester Food Pantries. We reach out to children through Operation Christmas Child, and Adopt a family at Thanksgiving and Christmas. We reach out to those around the world through our support of the Gideons International, Heifer International, and the United Methodist Council on Relief.
Come join our fellowship that seeks to bring the love of Jesus Christ into each heart.

NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS
Exciting news for our church and for those folks who love finding great bargains! Our thrift store will be open to the public the last Saturday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Entrance is at the rear of the church.
Specifically, the store will be open June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 30, November 27 and December 18.
So stop by and see all the great products for sale and the great prices!
We will resume in-person worship this Sunday February 6th. 9am in Sugar Loaf and 11am in Goshen.
All Covid-19 protocols are still in place, masks are required.
Zoom will take place weekly @ 11am.
